Love Poem: To The One I Love

Well, it has been a while since I did a round-up on relationships, so I figured it was about time. There are always new resources appearing online about relationships, and here are a few of interest.

An interesting idea here – Transition Support. When you are breaking up, you can get supported, not just in the style of a counsellor, but these people will find a nanny for the kids, get your car washed, find you an apartment, whatever you need. Now they are Transition Support, which means that theoretically you could also call them in when you were getting married, because that’s just as much of a transition as getting divorced.

But when people are getting married, there are usually lots of friends and relatives around, happy to help. It’s more at the time of separation or divorce that the support of family and friends can be somewhat lacking.

While we’re talking about getting married, I think that this poem is likely to become a new standard reading at weddings along with Kahlil Gibran’s immortal words from ‘The Prophet’. Check this out – Poem: I Can’t Promise – I think you’ll like the sentiments. Even if you’re already married, or single – check it out.

Finally, there are a range of resources at EasyToBeRomantic.com, including some great advice on how to get back with your girlfriend.

So, for those who weren’t paying attention, here we go again:

Now, I can’t say that any of these sites will change your life, but then again, I think it’s likely that they will make a difference. If you like them, tweet, Facebook or Digg them. Make this the day you do something to spread the word.

After all, relationships of a deep interest to just about everyone. If you ‘re not in a relationship yourself, you probably know someone who is. For their sake, if not your own, get the information you need. Let’s face it, nobody makes it through life on their own – we all need a little help from our friends. Be the one with the magic link that makes someone’s day.
